Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Tablelo, a restaurant management service run by HNintoTech, Katargam, Surat, India. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Tablelo lets a restaurant take orders, run a kitchen screen, print bills, record payments and see reports. We keep improving it, so features can change.
Free trial and payment
- New accounts get a free trial of 1 month with all features.
- After the trial the service is paid, at the price we agree with you before you pay. Add-ons such as WhatsApp message credit are paid separately and are used up message by message.
- If you stop paying, we may pause the account after telling you. Your data stays available for you to export for a reasonable period.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your password safe and give staff only the access they need.
- The prices, tax rates and bills you create are yours. Tablelo suggests common tax rates, but you are responsible for using the right rates and for your own tax records. Please confirm with your accountant.
- Only enter guest details you are allowed to hold, and only send WhatsApp messages to people who have agreed to receive them.
Your data
Your restaurant data belongs to you. You can download a backup of it from the Settings page at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how it is handled.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and we back it up every day, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of important records.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from an interruption of the service, from internet or device problems, or from a wrong tax rate or price entered by the restaurant. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it.
Ending
You can stop using Tablelo at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend an account that is used to break the law or harm others.
